Job Description:

The team member, under minimal supervision, is primarily responsible for working on Innovation projects. This role will participate in daily team collaborations and work closely with GBS and US stakeholders, be a machine learning SME and will be responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of ML projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders to effectively execute the ML goals
• Be able to articulate complex technical requirements in a lucid manner and is relevant to business use cases
• Adopt a pragmatic approach and think smart to come up with optimal ML techniques for business challenges
• Be a machine learning SME, responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of ML projects
• Leverage latest methodologies and tools to build analytical solutions/applications
• Partner with technical teams to implement developed solutions/applications in production environment
• Perform research and gather relevant information to define stakeholders’ business problem(s)

Job Requirement:

• Good hands-on experience with Python programming
• Worked on Text Analytics, NLP or Image-Processing based projects
• Good experience with MS-Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Worked on varied data problems; structured/unstructured and small/large in size
• A go-getter and a self-starter with willingness to learn and adapt to
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (SVM, Decision Trees, RF, Neural Networks)
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving aptitude
• 4+ years’ work experience with a finance or banking business
• Flexible to shift changes at short notice
