Job Responsibilities: Moving and Grooving: We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner for all pet lovers! While assisting in our PetSalon you may be standing for long periods of time and helping to move our pet clients as needed. Being a team player means assisting in other areas as needed and directing customers to find the products they need. Customer Service: You’ll be an essential part of creating sincere connections with pet parents. You’ll welcome them (and their pets!) to the salon, facilitate an easy check in process, help schedule appointments, and help recommend products and salon packages to help drive business Salon Excellence: You will be instrumental in keeping our salons a cut above the rest by helping to complete safety and water checks, managing Pawgress Reports, and assisting stylists and bathers as needed.. Job Requirements: It’s watching Gizmo gussying up for this year’s holiday photoshoot. (Fun fact: many of our groomers receive holiday cards from their clients!) It’s the excitement of Walter’s wagging tail during his bath or Sadie’s smile after her teeth are cleaned.
