Job Description: As a Data Engineer or Data Engineer Senior on the Personal Lines Pricing Data Science team, you will integrate and productionize models into existing applications, build or enhance data pipelines to assimilate into our data orchestration solution, and build tools – web applications, APIs, etc.- and reports in service to business needs. You’ll work in an established team of data scientists and engineers to solve technical challenges in service to improving the science of pricing. You will be expected to challenge the status quo to drive innovation, have a keen eye for efficiency, quality, and automation opportunities, and collaborate with your peers to arrive upon scalable and testable technical solutions leveraging cloud services and infrastructure. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of one year work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications Cloud experience - we use AWS (EC2, S3, Athena, Lambda, Aurora, etc.) Experience with Linux, Python, Git, Terraform, SQL, building APIs (Flask), data orchestration Ability to develop and support web applications using a popular web framework Experience deploying or working with machine learning models.
